Job responsibilities

You will be responsible for:


  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements by acting as a bridge between business and IT teams, defining the functional and non-functional requirements for new or existing IT applications.
  • Translating business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications and other documentation to clearly outline the needed functionality and behavior of changes required.
  • Participate in full solution delivery process assuring development meets requirements.
  • Evaluate and select the most appropriate IT solutions to meet the business requirements. Conduct research, identify potential vendors, and assess the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of various solutions.
  • Play a key role in managing and coordinating IT projects throughout their lifecycle. Participate in project planning, define project scope and deliverables, and track progress against project milestones.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing IT systems to identify areas for improvement, potential risks, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic IT plans, aligning IT investments with the company's overall business goals. Identify opportunities to leverage IT to improve business processes, enhance customer experience, and gain a competitive edge.

Job requirements

We expect that you have:


  • Higher Education (preferably in computer science, information technology, business administration, finance or related field).
  • Work experience – at least 2 (two) years of experience working as business analyst.
  • Knowledge of software development process.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and project management.
  • Proficiency in modeling languages such as UML, BPMN, and SysML.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with stakeholders from various backgrounds to effectively capture use cases and requirements.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • A creative and innovative approach to solving business problems and implementing IT solutions.
  • Experience in financial sector or EMI would be treated as benefit.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
