Can I set up different roles for users in my business account?

Yes, you can set up different roles for users in your business account:    

Type of Access:    

1. View-Only User: This user can only view the account but cannot make any changes or payments.    

2.Typing Payments User: This user can create draft payments, but these must be approved by users with full access.    

3. Full Access User: This user has full rights, including creating and signing  payments and making changes to the account.
