Corporate account details are used by the Valyuz team to reach your company representative(s). These details may be needed for automated transactions, periodical reviews, or compliance-related questions.
You can easily change your account contact details by sending a Request (formerly Signed Message) via the online banking platform. To do so, click on the megaphone icon located in the top right corner of the interface. We will update your details accordingly. Please remember to include your new email or phone number in the request.
