• Receive Further Instructions: After we receive your request, a support team member will guide you through the next steps.
• Balance Requirements: Ensure any negative or positive balance is resolved before closing your account. Transfer any remaining funds out of your Valyuz account or cover any outstanding balance.
Please note that the account closure at Valyuz does not have any fee.
