Request (former Signed Message) is an authorized message sent through online banking that has been digitally signed by a user with full access. This digital signature verifies the identity of the user and confirms that the request is legitimate and has been approved by someone with the necessary permissions within the system. Request is typically required for important company-related changes, such as adding a new remote user, modifying user permissions, adjusting signature rights, and other significant actions.
The Request can be accessed by clicking on the megaphone icon located in the top right corner of the online banking interface.
