How can I change my personal contact details, such as my email address and phone number?
If you wish to update your personal contact details, such as email address and phone number, please follow these steps in the Valyuz online banking portal:
1. Click on your company name located at the top of the page, next to the envelope and megaphone icons.
2. This will open the profile window, where you can update your email and phone number by clicking on the pencil icon next to the email or phone number.
3. To confirm the change you will be requested to enter a OTP code (Email/SMS or Mac Keys).
Please note that you need to update your profile once, even if you are a remote user for several companies.
