How to add a new user to my account?

Adding a new user to your Valyuz corporate account is straightforward. Firstly, please send us a Request (megaphone icon on top right conner also known as Signed Message) via Valyuz online banking specifying access rights required from the option below. Upon receipt, our support team will assist you in every step regarding the required information and will send you the needed forms.

Different corporate roles may have different responsibilities, so we offer three types of access to help you manage your account:

1. View-Only User: This user can only view the account but cannot make any changes or payments.

2. Typing Payments User: This user can create draft payments, but these must be approved by users with full access.

3. Full Access User: This user has full rights, including creating and signing payments and making changes to the account.
