In our e-banking platform for SWIFT payments, you can choose between sending an urgent or standard payment. When an urgent payment is selected, the Valyuz team prioritizes it, ensuring it is picked first within our current payment pool and submitted at the earliest opportunity with our correspondent bank.
However, please note that certain external factors, such as the processing times of correspondent banks and cut-off times, are beyond our control and may still cause delays. Payments submitted after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.
Urgent Payment Process via Valyuz E-Banking:
1. Submission: You initiate an urgent payment via the Valyuz e-banking platform.
2. Prioritization: The Valyuz team prioritizes this payment ahead of others, ensuring it is processed promptly within our current payment pool.
3. Processing: Valyuz submits the payment to one of our correspondent banks for processing within the cut-off timeframe.
4. Correspondent Bank Processing: The correspondent bank processes the payment.
5. Receipt: The beneficiary receives the payment.
The urgent payment fee covers the additional effort and resources required to prioritize and expedite these transactions, ensuring they are submitted ahead of others.
