How to change my Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) method?

To change your 2FA method:

1. From SMS to Email or vice versa, please send an email to support@valyuz.com with a request to change your 2FAmethod. The support team will assist you in changing it to either SMS or email.

2. To switch to OTP/MAC keys, please follow the instructions in your online banking portal. Follow these steps to find instructions:

  • Go to Settings (three dots in the top right corner of the portal).
  • Select OTP/MAC Key.
  • The portal will guide you through the setup process.
  • Once your MAC key is imported, the 2FA will switch to the OTP/MAC method automatically, without a need to contact support team.
