To cancel a payment:
1. Login to Online Banking.
2. On the top right corner of the portal, select "Requests" (megaphone icon).
3. Send a message with the date of the payment, beneficiary, and the amount.
4."Requests" messages will need to be approved by a full access user according to your company's signature rights (e.g., individual, all together, any two).
5. Please note that the success of the cancellation depends on the payment status (payments can be canceled at "New" status).
