What documents do I need to open a Valyuz account?

To open a Valyuz account, you will need to provide the following corporate documents. Please note that the list may vary depending on the type of  account you wish to open and other parameters such as jurisdiction, incorporation date, and licensing requirements:    

1. Certificate of Incorporation    

2. Change of Name Certificate (if applicable)    

3. Directors Certificate    

4. Shareholder Registry/Certificate    

5. Memorandum and Articles of Association  

6. Group Structure (if applicable)    

7. Personal information of directors and UBO, such as a copy of Passport/ID  and Utility Bill    

8. Source of funds/wealth    

At the beginning of each onboarding, we ask clients to fill in a corporate questionnaire based on which we advise exact documents needed.
